Terms and Conditions

All payment for treatment and products are due at the end of the session in cash or by card.
Herbal prescriptions, products and supplements are in addition to consultation and treatment fees.
Private health fund rebates are available to claim on the spot with HICAPS depending on the insurance company and your level of cover.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy, which allows us to reschedule to treat another patient in need if you are unable to make your appointment.
If for any reason you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment with us with less than 24-hours notice, you will be charged full fee - no exceptions. The fee is payable within 7 days or at your next appointment, whichever is earlier.
Should you run late for your appointment, we may not be available in the next time slot reserved for you and in some cases, it won't be feasible to start the session. Therefore, if we haven't heard from you within 15 minutes of the agreed appointment time, we may cancel your appointment.
