Let's Talk About Eestrogen and Chronic Pain

Hey friends, did you know? The relationship between estrogen overproduction and chronic pain has been increasingly discussed in recent studies.

Estrogen, a crucial hormone in the female body, when overproduced, can lead to imbalances causing sagging skin and abdominal weight gain. Additionally, it can result in mood swings, anxiety, decreased concentration, and memory loss. Weakened immunity may cause irregular menstruation, decreased libido, premature aging, and even cancer. Many middle-aged women may attribute these issues to aging or weight gain without realising they could be symptoms of endocrine disorders requiring treatment. 🚺

Estrogen overproduction typically stems from three main causes.

Firstly, excessive consumption of refined carbohydrates, trans fats, coffee, carbonated drinks, processed foods, and MSG. Switching to whole grains and reducing flour-based foods can be beneficial.

Secondly, lack of exercise contributes significantly. Despite pain and fatigue, exercising for at least two hours a day is crucial. Exercise helps rebalance hormones, clears the skin, and restores a youthful figure.

Lastly, environmental estrogen exposure, particularly from xenoestrogens found in plastics, requires attention. Even small changes like switching from plastic to glass baby bottles and using wooden chopping boards instead of plastic can help. 🥤🍔🍟

Managing estrogen overproduction involves addressing these three factors, all of which are modifiable aspects of lifestyle. The challenge lies in individual commitment to prioritize health and beauty for themselves and their families. Medical treatments alone yield limited results if lifestyle habits remain unchanged. 💪🩺
